Pelvic floor function
And best of all, Pilates creates healthier and happier bodies!
WHAT TYPE OF PILATES CLASS SHOULD I CHOOSE?
This answer really depends on your body, goals and any specific individual needs.
If you are looking for a more general, full-body workout, Mat Pilates would be best for you. In these group classes, we are still able to modify any exercises for injuries, pregnancies etc. Mat Pilates has a 'flow' to the exercises, leaving you feeling strong, stretched, balanced, and mindful.
- These classes are ideal if you have had some Pilates experience before. This is a group class where most will perform the same exercises, however, we are still able to adjust the reformer or exercises to suit individual needs.
These classes allow the instructor to focus more attention on you and for your personal needs. These classes entail full body exercises using larger Pilates apparatus', however, the class can be more based around any goals, injuries or rehabilitating you may have.
Pilates 1:1
- Similar to Studio Pilates, this one-on-one session is great if it is your first Pilates experience before joining a group class, or to have the instructor's full attention on you to get the ultimate Pilates experience.
These classes are for dance school/programs only and are not open to the public. Please contact Sam directly for any queries regarding Dance conditioning/Pilates.
Please send a message if you have any further enquiries.
